We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm.
We are attended Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday we are attended from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our machines take coins. We have change machines on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we do! We have 80 pound machines that can handle multiple loads and big, bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us during our attended hours: Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products such as Arm & Hammer. You can upgrade to Gain for a small upcharge. We also offer a free and clear option for no additional charge.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.70/lb. and your clothes will be ready for pick up the next day. If you need same day service, it is $2.00/lb. and you must drop off your clothes before 10 a.m.
There is a $15 minimum order for wash and fold services.
With regular service your laundry will be done the next day. You will receive a text message when your order is ready. We also offer same day service for an additional fee.
No, we never wash your clothes with anyone else's. We know that this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services seven days a week.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.60 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.70 a pound.
There is a $30 minimum order for our laundry pickup and delivery service.
Your clean clothes are delivered back to you the next day.
Simply click on the "schedule a pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than two minutes.
You do not. You can leave your laundry in a secure location for our driver to pick up. Just let us know when you place your order where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
There is a section called "Preferences" when you place your order. You can specify here if you have any special instructions.
No there is not. You can cancel service at any time, but we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
Like other online services, we will ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
